Processing Time

All embroidered items are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the item, design, quantity, and current order volume. Estimated turnaround times will be provided when applicable.

Shipping

Shipping time begins after your embroidery order is completed. Delivery estimates shown at checkout refer to carrier transit time and do not include embroidery or processing time.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Customer-Supplied Items

If you are sending us an item for embroidery, you are responsible for shipping the item to Cozy Cub Embroidery. Once embroidery is complete, the finished item will be shipped back using the shipping method selected for your order.
